1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 business working hours after order confirmation.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday). Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline (India)

Delivery timeline: 5–8 business days

Delays may occur during festivals, sale periods, or high-volume days.
We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but unforeseen courier delays may occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders across India.

Shipping charges apply to all international orders (calculated at checkout).
4. Order Tracking

Tracking ID and tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

“Shipped” and “Out for Delivery” notifications are also sent via WhatsApp.

Customers are requested to keep their phone number active for smooth communication.
5. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the customer is unreachable or does not accept the parcel, it may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address along with an active phone number.

StalkToBuy will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details.
6. Damaged Parcel Policy
If you receive a damaged product:

It is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video on the same day of delivery.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
This policy helps us protect genuine customers and prevent misuse.
7. International Shipping

International orders are delivered within 15 business days from the date of order placement.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
