1. What is StalkToBuy?
StalkToBuy is an Indian saree brand founded in 2020. We deliver high-quality sarees across India and internationally at budget-friendly pricing.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery within India takes 5–8 business days. International orders are delivered within 15 business days. Delays may occur during festivals or high-volume periods.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders. Shipping charges apply for international orders.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking ID and link are shared via WhatsApp. “Shipped” and “Out for Delivery” notifications are also sent on WhatsApp.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available in most serviceable locations across India. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD service.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
You must record an unboxing video starting before opening the parcel and ensure the parcel seal is clearly visible. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints without proper opening video will not be accepted.
7. Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
Yes, returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, with original tags and packaging intact, and without fall-pico or alterations.
8. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the product is received and passes quality check. Processing time is 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
9. Do you provide exchange?
Yes, exchange facility is available subject to product availability.
10. Do saree colors look exactly the same as pictures?
We try our best to display accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences.
11. Are international orders eligible for return?
No, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Customs duties (if any) must be borne by the customer.
12. What if my area is not serviceable for reverse pickup?
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to initiate the return process.
