Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At StalkToBuy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Request Window
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us with:

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
2. Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Product not liked
-
Manufacturing defect (with opening video)
-
Wrong product received (with opening video)
-
Damaged product (with opening video)
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

Opening video must start before the parcel is opened
-
The video must clearly show the parcel seal intact
Complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
This policy is strictly followed to prevent misuse.
4. Product Condition Requirements
Returned products must be:

Unused
-
Unwashed
-
Unstitched (for sarees)
-
With original tags and packaging intact
-
Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains
-
Without fall-pico, alterations, or any customization
If the product fails the quality check, the return will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.
5. Refund Process

Refund will be initiated only after the product is received back at our warehouse

A complete quality check will be conducted
-
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Mode:

Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
-
COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Reverse Pickup Policy
We provide reverse pickup service.
However, if the customer’s location falls under a non-serviceable area, the customer must self-ship the product to our address to initiate the return process.
7. International Orders Policy
For international orders, return and exchange are not available.
In case of:

Manufacturing defect

Wrong product
-
Damaged product
An opening video is compulsory (starting before opening the parcel).
After verification, we will provide a replacement product.
Refunds are not applicable for international orders.
8. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

International orders (except replacement in case of verified defect)

Sale items
-
Products purchased during any promotional offer or sale

Products purchased using discount codes or coupon codes

Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, combo offer, or any similar promotional purchases

Customized or altered sarees

Items returned without prior approval
9. Exchange Policy
Exchange facility is available for domestic orders only.

Exchange is subject to product availability

If the requested product is unavailable, customers may:

Choose an alternative product, or

Opt for a refund

10. COD Refusal & RTO Policy
If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is:

Refused at the time of delivery, or
-
Returned due to customer unavailability
StalkToBuy reserves the right to:

Restrict or block future COD orders from that customer

Accept only prepaid orders from that customer going forward
11. Policy Abuse & Fraud Protection
StalkToBuy reserves the full right to reject returns or exchanges if:

The product appears worn, used, or damaged by the customer

There is evidence of policy misuse
-
Repeated return patterns are detected
-
False claims are raised
Our team’s quality check decision will be final.
12. Order Cancellation Policy (Prepaid Orders)
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once a prepaid order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
However, customers remain eligible for return or exchange after delivery, as per our policy.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned product is received and approved through our quality check process.
