Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At StalkToBuy, we are committed to delivering the best quality products at great prices while ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please go through our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Timeframe:
    Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • How to Request an Exchange:
    To request an exchange, WhatsApp us at +919173578631 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Defective Products:
    If the product received is defective, we will offer an exchange. You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the defect within 24 hours of delivery. Without this video, we cannot process the claim.

  • Exchange Eligibility:

    • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

    • If the exchanged product is of:

      • Lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

      • Higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.

    • Products must be in original packaging with all tags intact. Items returned without tags will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Customers must bear all shipping or courier charges for sending the product for exchange.

  • Designer Section:
    No exchange, return, or refund is allowed for products listed under our Designer Section.

  • Sale & Discount Purchases:
    Products bought during a sale or using any discount code or coupon are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

2. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Sarees with fall and edging

  • Customized products

  • Products bought during sales or with discount codes/offers

  • International orders (outside India)

3. Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
